Many people argue that you don’t need any supplements like vitamins, minerals or special herb extracts for healthy living. They say you can get all the necessary supplements from eating a healthy, nutritious diet. They are right, you could possibly get most necessary nutrients from your food…the only problem is that you’d be eating all day long (so much for fasting and time restricted eating) and you would spend a small fortune on diverse, healthy food choices necessary for an optimal diet.
